•- Managing Beverage Service
•- Planning & Control for F & B Operations
•- Food & Beverage Service
•- Housekeeping Management
•- Front Office Operations
•- German Language & Culture

•- The Students get familiar with Kitchen, Service and Housekeeping in a Restaurant or Hotel.
•- The Students get familiar with Front Office.
•- The Students can speak some German.
•- The Students get familiar with Basic Hotel & Restaurant Accounting.
•- The Students get familiar with Planning & Control F&B Operations.
•- The Students get familiar with Marketing in the Hospitality Industry and Tourism
* Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management (3rd year BBA in Hospitality Management)
